We keep going back I guess because of the food, the service is lacking. It's a good place to go for people watching in for a good fresh air, make sure that you have plenty of time because the service is slow.

Helena

Reviewed By שמואל כ - Tel Aviv, Israel

Helena's talented chef prepares fine fish and seafood with a twist on traditions, finding unexpected combinations. Calamari with labaneh works well, as well as sea bass with dill sauce, roasted heart of lettuce, and Denis with spinach gnocchi. But sometimes the search for inovation goes beyond the capabilities of the service staff, especially on a sunny weekend afternoon when the place is crowded. Waiters had a hard time explaining some specials, brought food before they had put out silverware, and one whole fish was served in a deep metal tray which made it very hard to eat. If they fix the service details, a good tourist restaurant could really become a fine dining place.
Of course, the destination is already great. In the Ceasarea archaeological park, Helena has great ocean views and the prices are fair.

Koya

Koya is a pleasant restaurant with a bar that serves lunch and dinner and has a nice bar serving food and drinks located in an industrial park in Cesarea. Food was anywhere from good to lousy. we were three ; we ordered a steak with french fries, a chicken salad that came with bread and a roast beef Sandwich "special" of the day. unfortunately the steak was not fresh and we returned it. and french fries saw better days. they were dry and old. the bread was stale and returned and the Sandwich was good. The waitress was pleasant but not professional at all. and we were surprised that when we left the manager didn't even apologize for the food we had to return.

80 rest.

Reviewed By Altschuler - Haifa District, Israel

Situated adjacent to the Dor Elon gas station on Route 65 heading west towards Caesaria from Pardess Hanna, this restaurant is owned by the same family that have successfully run the very popular fast Arab food restaurant opposite the Camp 80 military base at the Hanna Junction for decades.
80 rest. is a smarter eatery and dishes cost a little more, taking into account the far more agreeable surroundings. We've eaten here a number of times and the range of salad dishes that cover the table moments after you sit down are invariably tasty and fresh. There is a nice variety and come as part of the meal when you order a main dish, or you can pay a smaller amount if you just choose to eat the salads and pitta bread.
The grilled meat dishes and fish have always been tasty and I don't recall us being disappointed. In fact, the only below-par dish was pasta, which was bland and pretty tasteless. Then again, you shouldn't expect to eat good pasta in an Arab restaurant so it's best to stick to what they know best.
The service is invariably fast, friendly, and often accompanied with a good sense of humour on the part of the waiters. All in all, a nice, affordable dining experience for the family.

A great idea to have a fish meal, even at night, on the veranda near the beach/sea. Although, clios to hold the table cloth and prevent the wind to blow it away would be a minimum required...
Service is very nice, although not professional, like "yeah, bro'" etc. Lack of manners but really nice guys.
The food was not expensive, I got a good deal for approximately 100 NIS (25 USD). Although, basic preparation, and a small taste with the fish which I think was fresh - but not as fresh as I wished.
Good coffee. No wifi.
Great view. Nice people. If you don;t expect more, you'll be happy.
