Went to Nutters today for masterclass really looking forward to it and also husbands birthday today which I explained at booking!!
No class today apparently last week but that had been cancelled due to weather fair comment only we didn’t receive any notification and would of been able to say our class had been booked for today.
Mr Nutter was not interested apologised fair enough however decent customer service would of offered you a bottle of wine or discount at next meal having driven there 40 minutes and then 40 minutes home. Very disappointed with his attitude clearly not interested and very arrogant, another member of staff initially said no one here come back later are they real people who make these comments.
All I can say will never go back had after noon tea There a couple of weeks ago and wasn’t impressed today just confirmed my opinion

We recently booked a working dinner at this restaurant coupled with their famous Hog Roast. The venue is high in the Ramsbottom Countryside and as it had been snowing they worked hard to keep the road open. I unfortunately chose the wrong road and got stuck.
This proved no problem to the hardy men of The Fisherman's. They sent a sturdy 4x4 out to rescue me and then waited until after our meeting had finished to take me back to my car. The evening was a success, the food as always here was nicely presented and nothing is too much trouble and as I have written above, they will even go that 'extra mile' to ensure that you are cared for. Well done Garry and Carl!

Had a nice meal here... The restaurant was compact and very noisy with a couple of large party groups making a lot of noise..... The staff were very nice and the food was very good and the service was also good at a reasonable price..... The only other downside was they didn't have beer on tap and only had bottles which were expensive and overpriced..... Overall not too bad... Would probably go again... But would have a drink in a pub before I went in

We have dined here on several occasions and never been disappointed. But we have now found that there is an earlybird menu which offers superb value the portions are as usual enormous and there is no reduction in quality. The service from Zoe and Jennie is always very friendly and welcoming and Ramos certainly knows how to cook authentic Greek cuisine. Ramos was even apologetic at having to slightly increase some prices which we felt was still excellent value. For anyone who loves Greece I would suggest that you try this restaurant you will not be disappointed. We will certainly be back soon.

A family owned business in the heart of Heywood. We serve tasty and contemporary Cantonese meals all freshly cooked and made to order.
First visit yesterday to collect our take away meal. Tried Hoya’s due to excellent reviews. Staff were friendly and pleasant, the food was reasonably priced and hot. We had three different dishes and all were very fresh and tasty. We all commented that the food wasn’t ‘gloopy’, as is sometimes the case with other take away places. We will most certainly return and will try the restaurant too.

Have had numerous meals in this pub and they have always been excellent. This was our first time for a meal since the new ownership. My meal was lovely I had chicken off the specials board, with new potatoes and veg and I couldn't fault it. The others in the party had chips which looked anaemic and one person had a salad with his food which came in a small pot which consisted of lettuce and not much else. When we walked into the pub someone near the bar was talking very load and he was swearing a lot. The landlord did tell him to watch his language. There was a lot of shouting and bad language in the pub which did put us off going again which is a shame as it is our local.

On a quiet Friday lunch, the staff were prompt, courteous and friendly. Three of us shared a French cheese platter and a mixed shared platter - freshly made up, and very tasty. Really enjoyed the experience, food was excellent, no long waits, and we could take as long as we wanted. The range of cheese is massive for such a small place - making the choice difficult in the first place. We will be returning - cheers, guys.

We are an independent Bistro serving a modern, chef-driven menu. Head Chef Cassie Bond. Local & seasonal ingredients, great wine list & cocktails.
Went with my family for Mother's Day. The food was very good.
It was a bit dark in the lower area so somewhat difficult to see the menu.
It was also expensive but I would say that the waiters were very attentive and friendly.
