If you're looking for a place that serves good comfort food, then look no further. The burgers are delicious and satisfying, the sandwiches are fantastic, and the services is wonderful. Overall a wonderful experience.

THE BEST DONUTS around!!!! Seriously! they are fresh and light and delicious! Fast, Friendly staff ready to help you get back on the road...(as long as you don't order an iced coffee...that takes a couple of minutes.) Their Kolaches are pretty tasty too!

All I can say is Never again!
It took 10 minutes for our order to be taken. The salad was fresh...the rolls were stale.
The baked potato was so over cooked it was brown inside and pure mush. The waitress brought a "fresh" one that was almost identical. My steak was well seasoned but lukewarm and the salmon was an end piece barely an 1/8 " thick. Sides included cold canned corn and a lump of mashed potatoes with brown gravy that had gelled on top because they were also cold.
The waitress finally came around and took our uneaten food away without asking any questions as to why it was still there.
We finally asked for the check. 2 awful meals that we ate little of, with no dessert or drink was $48.00!! We paid the bill but
we Will Not return.
Please look at my other reviews. I seldom give a poor rating!!

Love going to Whataburger. Burgers always taste fresh. Workers are friendly, restaurant is always clean. But i love the Bacon, Jalapeno Burger with Cheese... But i add Guacamole to it. It tastes really good with the avocado. Also if you go for breakfast the Taquitos are good.

I am quite sure this place MUST be good as it is always packed!!! I was soooo looking forward to an amazing burger. However, upon asking the waitress about my mushroom allergy - she was honest- and I DO appreciate that----that mushrooms were in EVERY fryer and on EVERY Grill in the restaurant. Since I have a SEVER mushroom allergy, this precluded me even trying a burger here. I asked about the Crawfish as I was willing to NOT eat a burger if I could just stay and enjoy the experience, and she told me that even their crawfish had mushrooms. I left very saddened. I'd like to encourage the owner to at least have a small frying pan or SOMETHING where we, too, could experience your burgers.
This place, though has an interesting concept and the vibe is FUN!

This was our favorite Mexican food place, when I raised my children in a nearby planned community. The owner, Norma, and her sister, Janie, always treated us like family. As we live a bit further away now, and my kids are grown, we didn't know that it had moved, so we decided to give it a try,. when we all 3 got together to enjoy lunch. This is a good sized restaurant, lively interior, and waitresses are attentive. They have some of the best chips we have had in awhile; hot, thin and crispy. Three salsas were served; so something for everyone; whether you like it hot or mild. My kids got mixed plates, which were very generous portions of tacos, enchiladas and tamales, all of it being very good. I was sticking to a low carb plan, so got a grilled chicken with chili con queso. The cheese was good, but the chicken had been hammered too thin, and was a bit tough. I'd definitely return on a "cheat day" though, to enjoy the good guacamole, and other Mexican food offered here. We just had iced tea, but they do have a full bar, and offer a lot of different margarita flavors and types.
We were glad we gave it another try,and will surely put it on our local "Mexican Restaurant" rotation list, and visit again soon.

Very small restaurant online ordering does not work. Food safety maybe an issue. We became very ill after eating here.
Warm and inviting, the wait staff welcomed us immediately. I enjoyed the entree of chicken parmigiana with a light marinara sauce that was excellent! The waiter was very attentive and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our meal.
This appears to be an older home that was converted to a restaurant and we found it to be very inviting with a smaller cozy dining experience for each room.
Our meals were served with sliced bread and olive oil. A salad was an additional charge.
My only concern was that we were charged almost 14% tax on our meal Being new to Texas I would ask others...is this normal?? We haven't seen this as high at other places we eaten so far. We will go back because it was very good, but I will be more apt to ask about this if occurs again.

This place is one of my favorite mexican restaurants. Good food, nice staff, welcoming atmosphere, and you can eat inside or outside. Plus during lunch hours you get free queso along with red sauce. But what most people dont know is that they have a creamy green sauce but you have to ask for it. So if you get a chance go and try this place. My favorite lunch item is the Vaquero.. You get 2 cheese enchiladas, rice, beans, taco, queso puff and guacamole. Very good.

Tonight was the WORST experience I have ever had eating out. My husband wanted to take me to dinner so we chose Alma Latina in Porter so we could sit outside and drink some margaritas and smoke. We have eaten there many times and are willing to concede good service to sit outside and be comfortable, but this evening was so bad that I had to go to the manager about it. Not only did it take over 30 minutes to even have a waiter come see us (and we had to get the busboy to find one), but our food was wrong, cold and so salty you couldn't even eat it. We had to ask for menus three times, silverware twice and never had our ticket brought to the table after I told a waiter how bad the food was. In 30 years of marriage, my husband has never seen me go to a manager about service. I am the one who keeps their mouth shut and moves on. Not this time. I will say that the manager comped our food but even that is not good enough. This restaurant has gone downhill so bad! I hadn't even gotten home before my son and I were sick to our stomach. If I had to rate this restaurant right now, they would get a big fat ZERO.

Hmmm..drove up, and almost drove away, as the exterior is rather plain, and the area was so quiet. We stayed, walked in, and we are SO glad we did! Lovely young lady that is the bartender greeted us, and as we walked in, the obviously renovated, relaxing, and comfortable interior drew us in. The bar is large, the wine and beer are cold, and the service is excellent! There is a main large area, which was wonderfully decorated for Halloween. The owner has a great collection of travel and airline memorabilia. You can walk into a smaller room that is decorated like a den, with very comfortable couches and chairs, to enjoy your time here.
In talking with the bartender, we learned that you can bring in alcohol for a reasonable bottle fee, and they have karaoke, and other events.
We will definitely be back to this great bar;nothing else like it in the area!
