It's a typical example of "Cucina Sarda". Everything it's coocked in a wood oven. You can choose every kind of meat like chicken, beef, sheep, lamb and obviously the famous "Porceddu Sardu" which is the suckling pig. The amazing service and the quality of the food are the strength of this place! The staff is funny and very polite. A truly Sardinia food experience!

Following an enthusiatic recomendation, we booked dinner at the Agriturismo Nuraghe Murtarbo. Despite knowing the area around Lago SantaLucia quite well, wewould not have found the place without the few sparse signs along the unmade roads that lead to this idyllic place. The farm is quite big but most of the animals are sited within a few hundred metres of the farmhouse and it was lovely seeing the animal collection and a display of milking before settling down to dinner. I was looking forward to the mailaletto and pecora that were being roasted on the spit, but there were about 10 dishes to enjoy before the meat was served. Many of the dishes were specialities of nearby villages and everything was delicious. Following the meat were sebadas and mirto and there was plenty of a very gutsy Cannanou to wash down the meal. The family are charming and made us feel part of the family.Food, aperitif, wine, water, Digestif and coffee was just 28 euros.2 valuable tips. 1 Google maps does show the property if you go to maximum zoom just south of the lago Santa Lucia.2. Wear something with an expanding waist!

Da tempo facciamo le vacanze in Ogliastra in quel di TortolÃ¬ e devo dire che una steak house di questa caratura e con la qualitÃ della carne cosi prelibata non si trova facilmente,io personalmente l'ho provata la sera di ferragosto con un gruppo di amici e devo dire che Ã¨ a dir poco eccellente,il prezzo assolutamente nella media,ma non soddisfatti,io e la mia compagna ci siamo tornati il sabato successivo e servizio e qualitÃ erano fantastici,locale elegante e personale preparato con un ottima scelta di birre artigianali non solo sarde,insomma da provare!

Una bella location sulla spiaggia e allâombra di una pineta che gode sempre di una piacevolissima brezza, anche nelle ore piÃ¹ calde! Provato gli spaghetti alle arselle con bottarga. Ottima la cottura della pasta, sapientemente legata ai profumi di mare. Il personale gentilissimo vi accoglie con un sorriso facendovi subito sentire a proprio agio. Il menu propone, oltre ad altri primi piatti, anche stuzzicanti secondi di carne e di pesce ma anche qualche panino sfizioso per chi non vuole impegnarsi troppo. Prezzi assolutamente nella norma per una location sul mare. Fortemente consigliato.

We are here twice, and were not disappointed. The chef comes to your table to recommend some of the dishes and helps you choose what you like. The culurgiones al pomodoro should not be missed. The starter plates are also very good. However it is the attention that sets them apart. Probably the most Sardegnian restaurant we have been to.The owner is very hospitable and chatty with a lot of interesting stories and facts to share.The staff is very kind and efficient.The meals are just out of this world for how tasty they are. Itâs all typical dishes and the portions are very generous.There is incredible view all the way from the Arbatax lighthouse to the beaches in the south.We had a wonderful time here.
We were recommended to try the restaurant on the camping site, we went as a family of 10 and had different dishes. All were very well cooked and tasted superb, I had the steak, which was massive and very tender, others had the seafood and pastas, everyone said they enjoyed what they had eaten, side dishes are included with the main dish unlike many other places, so prices are far more reasonable.While there , there was entertainment at the side camp car, We were allowed to dance and enjoy ourselves. Abbiamo trovato per caso questo ristorante al nostro arrivo a Barisardo in Ogliastra Sardegna. Ci ha colpito la terrazza estiva con luci discrete ed atmosfera intima.Personale gentile e professionale,Pizze ottime , ben condite ed impasto digeribile della giusta consistenza, non troppo morbido, ne' croccante, perfetto insomma.Essendo vegetariani non possiamo dare un parere sugli altri piatti proposti dal DEJA VU, ma vedendoli passare erano veramente presentati in maniera elegante e particolare e, dai commenti che abbiamo sentito, davvero ottimi.Sicuramente perfetto il rapporto qualita' prezzo.E' diventato il "nostro"ristorante della vacanza.

We visited this restaurant following a recommendation from the manager of our hotel, and we are so glad we did. The surroundings are beautiful. You can sit on the verandah which looks out over vineyards, or inside in the lovely dining room. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, particularly the restaurant manager who is charming and knowledgeable. There is a set menu available featuring classic dishes of Sardinia. The suckling pig was amazing! This menu was served with jugs of very good house wine. You can also choose off the main menu, which was particularly strong on seafood. We enjoyed the experience so much we went two nights in a row!
