Stunning coral reefs and turquoise waters perfect for windsurfing have made Hurghada, on Egypt's Red Sea Coast, a busy resort town. Within easy reach of the stunning Giftun Islands and the Eastern Arabian Desert, Hurghada has seen enormous amounts of development in the past decade—and yes, it does seem overrun with tourists at times. But it’s a relatively easy beach escape for Europeans, and some of the world's best diving and snorkeling sites are just offshore. Walk or catch a cab to explore the old quarter, El Dahar.

We got entry as part of our stay at the Jaz hotel complex.
Had a fun day out and wasn’t too crowded on the slides. Slides, rafts and inflatables are all safe and the staff do an excellent job of controlling matters.
Let down were the food options and no alcohol on site. Notices suggested adult only areas.
Also there are no lockers

Flash boats moored in the Marinas gave the impression of being in the northern Mediterranean rather than the Red Sea. Obviously newer part of El Gouna a number of restaurants and cafes overlooking the actual marina gives a relaxed ambiance. During the week the place was quite deserted but I’m sure over the weekend things liven up.
The beach is a cool place to relax, if you’re not in a hotel the cost is LE100 per person which included a towel.

In Hurghada I didn't see better place for the snorkelling and diving , because corals in Hurghada are dead. Here corals are alive ,a lot of fish. Place are very quiet and good for the rest. Service everywhere is very good. In the restaurant food is delicious. Thank u you and good luck.

We went on an organised trip and was shown the basics on arrival. Buffet dinner between 12 / 3pm was included in the price. Soft drinks are free, Alcohol you have to pay for. The water slides are good and pretty quick turnaround, as many times as you want, there are pictures to show you what type of aid you need. It was windy when we were there and being up in the queues can be pretty cold but all in all it was good.

To find Hurghada Marina you need to order a taxi from hotel reception (preferably) or stop a cab in the street and ask for “New Marina, Sekkala”. In max 15 min you will arrive to your destination.
If you are looking for somewhere nice to relax and have lunch, dinner or just a quiet drink, then the Marina is the place. No hard sell or too much stepping out in your path to entice you into their establishment, just a gentle welcome ( in most cases).
A very nice development, which is kept clean and clear of traffic.
