Ordered breakfast here today. Coffee arrived approx 5 mins before breakfast and toast arrives 5 mins after breakfast.
This is just not good enough as breakfast consist of the whole package and should not be served as STARTER, MAIN & DESERT!!!!!!
All in all my experience there today was far from enjoyable and in fact it was far below average.

Welcome to StockHouse Restaurant Welcome to StockHouse Restaurant, in the shadow of the magnificent Trim Castle. Our restaurant is the result of four people with an avid love of good food, craic and value for money. Born out of eating out in various establishments both in Ireland and abroad the result "is not just a steakhouse but a restaurant that specialises in steak". Our aim is to provide our patrons with not just a memorable dining experience but a memorable night out! Head Chef, John and his team have one goal in mind and that is to provide consistently beautiful food at every serving. With our front of house crew you are in safe hands and they will do their very best to make sure all your needs are met as promptly and satisfactorily as possible. Our love of the historical town of Trim and indeed our beautiful country is evident everywhere in our restaurant from the early years featuring 'The Yellow Steeple' and 'Trim Castle', through to the filming of Braveheart and the Glory Years of Meath Football ... Check out our walls, they make for both great Reading and viewing!! Take time to have some banter with our floorstaff, they love nothing more but be warned, if you upset them too much you may find yourself confined to our in-house stocks!! And don't forget to keep an eye out for our resident mascot, 'Stocky' ... You'd never know when he might make an appearance. Enjoy, Carmel, Orla, Mick and Tom
I absolutely love this restaurant, the food and gins are always amazing!! We go here as often as we can, which isn't often enough!

Popped in here recently for late breakfast. Wide selection to choose from. A surprisingly fresh plate of non greasy tasty well cooked everything arrived on the plate accompanied by a pretty decent mug of coffee.
Nice place, nice staff, quite popular with locals and plenty of parking.
Good clean restrooms and reasonably priced.

Bar and restaraunt with a friendly atmosphere and fresh home cooked meals. Open daily from 12pm, food served until 8:30. We also have a Carry out off license on premises as well.
Recently stopped off in the bridge for dinner. The food was good and hot. Selection is good and portions are large. Salad was offered with most dishes and arrived with the dishes. I would recommend if you are serving salads you serve them before the mains are brought as it can take away from the main course.

I have had the misfortune of eating here before and was disgusted with the pathetic cheap crap I was served but I decided to give it another chance .
Again I was served pure and utter crap that I wouldn't give to my dog.
This crap was served up by a person that wouldn't know a smile if it bit her and it must be contagous because the member on the till was worse.
Why didn't I hand it back ?, it's just not worth the bother because if managment can't see the problem then they must be as bad.
Cheap plastic food served by pure ignorance.

They have a really different menu for breakfasts and I suggest that you be adventurous and trust them, the tastes are fantastic. I had a beautiful concoction based on chorizo sausage, hollandaise sauce, fried potatoe pieces and possibly bacon. I dont recall everything to be honest but I cleaned the plate. My companion had something different, actually I remember now, bacon, pancakes and maple syrup and he cleaned his plate too. Good coffee and good service, whats not to like. I have been there I think twice at this point and both times I found the food good and the staff very friendly and breezy, good place.
